Bailey Istre showed exceptional dedication by stepping in on short notice for a twice-delayed offshore project. When the crew was sent home, he returned to West Texas to assist as a technician, then traveled back offshore the same week to complete the job. His flexibility and commitment were vital to ISS’s success.
